How It Works
Our goal is to make your repair as quick and painless as possible. After we’ve had an opportunity to diagnose the problem, we’ll provide a detailed estimate as to the cost of the repair, and an estimated time to complete the job. Once approved – we’ll proceed with ordering any parts necessary and then carefully performing the repair. During this process, you’ll receive email updates as to the stats of your job, and we’ll keep you in the loop as to when you can pick-up the device. If you have any questions during the repair process, feel free to contact us anytime.
We’ll figure out what’s wrong with your device for a small diagnostic fee.
($35, credited toward your repair)
We send you an estimate with the cost of the repair, and time it will take to complete the repair.
Upon approval, an expert technician will perform the repair, and keep you updated during the process.
When the repair is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery.
